Should Arsenal sign Marcus Rashford to fix their attacking problems?
Can Marcus Rashford solve Arsenal’s attack?
Arsenal have been facing a lot of difficulties at the moment because of their attack. The Gunners have been depending on set pieces mainly to score their goals. This have not really worked against a lot of teams however. Arsenal have played against Manchester United and did not score any goal from their open play. Their two goals came from their set piece strategies. This have not really been the case in their match against Everton. They ended the match in a goalless draw. The Gunners fans did not expect this to happen against Everton at all. They realised that the set piece strategy does not always work and they need some goals from open play as well.
Arsenal depend on their set pieces too much:
Kai Havertz have not been that great for Arsenal. At the same time, the Arsenal skipper himself, Martin Ødegaard have not been making a great impact in the team since a few matches as well. Arsenal depend on him a lot as well. Arsenal performs exceptionally well when he is present. However, they stop performing good in his absence, and they become very mediocre. Lately they have been depending on Bukayo Saka a lot for their goals too which is a lot of pressure on someone who is not a natural striker as well. Mikel Merino have not been that good for Arsenal. He does things right but in the Everton match, he failed to make a huge impact really.

I think Arsenal should not really sign Marcus Rashford in their team and should look forward to sign a player who is more long term and can play even better than him.**They are already looking forward to sign Viktor Gyokeres**and also the Serbian International, Dušan Vlahović in the January Transfer window. These players are really great and can carry the ball properly to score goals too. Marcus Rashford is a good player but for the Arsenal team at the moment, he will not fit there. Players like Viktor Gyokeres and Dušan Vlahović will shine in Arsenal because they are one of the best in what they and are experienced in Europe as well. Arsenal should not sign Marcus Rashford.
