The Friedkins are aware of the work needing to be done at Everton with the club struggling in the league once again.
Clearly, they are keen to introduce themselves with those inside the club as they look to get the ball rolling with the fresh start being handed to the Toffees.
Dyche is going to take to the media ahead of the game against Chelsea and this meeting with the new chiefs of the club will potentially shape some of his answers.
But there will be question marks still hanging over the future of the Everton manager with Jamie Carragher expecting Dyche to leave in the summer.
Sean Dyche may have short audition period for The Friedkin Group
Already, it is believed The Friedkin Group will stick with Kevin Thelwell as the club’s director of football.
But it has not been as clear on the future of the Everton boss with Dyche having received criticism this season.
However, Phil Jagielka says Dyche has dealt with a lot of issues at Everton since he became manager and has not had the full backing of the board.
And that is probably true given all of the PSR issues and points deductions which have made Dyche’s tenure far from straightforward.
With his contract coming to a conclusion at the end of the season, The Friedkin Group are left with an interesting decision to make on Dyche’s future.
