With The Friedkin Group now through the door at Everton there are going to be questions asked about their stance on the manager.
Everton are not in the position which the new owners will have wanted them to be when they took over as they sit narrowly above the drop zone.
The Friedkins will attend Everton vs Chelsea on Sunday at Goodison Park as it will offer them a chance to introduce themselves to the fans.
However, there will remain uncertainties over Dyche’s future for the time being with the 53-year-old’s contract expiring at the end of the season.

Jamie Carragher thinks Everton must regret sacking Marco Silva
Kevin Thelwell has been handed the Friedkins’ backing, but Dyche is still awaiting the long-term support of the new owners.
Whilst Dyche’s future in the Everton dugout remains uncertain, the Toffees are seeing their former manager, Marco Silva, impress massively with Fulham.
“I’m a massive fan of Marco Silva. When there was all that chopping and changing at Everton that was the one Moshiri should have stuck with and given more time to. He was the one,” Carragher said.

“I could understand the other ones you know, they’ve made a lot of bad decisions at Everton in terms of who’ve they’ve brought in.
“I think he’s a proper coach. His teams have a nice balance between playing football, but not over playing and put themselves in trouble. Yeah, I think I think he’s a top manager.”
Under Silva, the Cottagers are going into this weekend’s fixture sat in eighth position of the league and nine points ahead of the Toffees.
Everton may now be fully regretting their decision to allow Silva to leave after seeing what he has done with his Fulham side.
Carragher expects Dyche to leave Everton at the end of the season when his contract comes to an end.
Marco Silva’s record as Everton manager
The 47-year-old last around 18 months at Everton before being sacked in December 2019 where he then spent around two years out of management.
Silva said it was an honour to manage Everton and he has no hard feelings towards the club following his dismissal.

It may not have worked out for him at Goodison Park, but Silva has certainly silenced any doubters he may have had on Merseyside.
Although, there was no splitting the two sides when they met earlier in the season with Beto scoring a late equaliser to secure Everton a point.
