The Gunners have been really great lately and their squad have been really good as well under Mikel Arteta. The manager have made a lot of tactical changes to the team upon his arrival and won a lot of matches as well.

On Friday, Mikel Arteta will celebrate his fifth anniversary at Arsenal. However, he does not really have many major trophies to his name. Under Mikel Arteta, Arsenal won two community shields and a FA Cup. The Gunners have been looking forward to win the league lately. However, even in this season their hopes are most probably lost because of Liverpool. They have been performing bad too lately. Mikel Arteta thinks that winning the Carabao cup may boost their confidence in winning a major trophy. They have a match against strong Crystal Palace side in the quarter finals too.

I think Mikel Arteta is correct and **Arsenal**should really look forward to winning a major trophy as well. The Gunners have won a FA Cup and also two community shields. However, they really need to win a major trophy in order to prove themselves along with Mikel Arteta. If the Carabao cup will help them to boost their confidence to win a major trophy then they shall do what is needed. They have very less defensive options against Crystal Palace in the quarter finals as well. Myles Lewis-Skelly may start and Calafiori and Zinchenko are both absent as well.
