Chelsea’s hierarchy believe that they’ve pulled off a massive bargain in the transfer market.
It’s fair to acknowledge that the Chelsea owners have received a fair amount of stick since they purchased the club over two years ago. In particular, the Blues activity in the transfer market has raised so many eyebrows.
However, the young and talented Chelsea squad is now beginning to click into gear, with the club’s vision coming into focus.
Enzo Maresca certainly deserves huge credit in his role as the club’s manager because he’s knitted everything together so effectively since his summer appointment.

Chelsea delighted with Jadon Sancho deal
Chelsea signed Jadon Sancho in the summer on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United. So far this campaign, the 24-year-old winger has made an impressive impact and is in the team’s best XI.
Journalist Simon Phillips has claimed via Substack that Chelsea really rate Sancho and believe their investment in him is a massive bargain.
Sancho has already verbally agreed his permanent transfer to Chelsea, which will be completed for around £23m, provided the team finishes higher than 15th in the Premier League table.
It is explained that Sancho has been really well-received by the rest of the squad at Stamford Bridge. Also, the individual himself has been on ‘cloud nine’ since the summer switch to west London.
