Chelsea star wanted by Juventus; German giants also keen

Juventus are showing strong interest in one Chelsea star. The star in question is struggling for regular game time at West London. Lastly, one top German club is also keeping tabs on the Chelsea star.

The star in question here is Axel Disasi who joined the Blues last summer. In his first season, the 26 year old played 44 games across all competitions. But, the story has not been the same this season.

Enzo Maresca took over as Chelsea boss and paired Colwill with Fofana as main defenders. This reduced the game time of Axel Disasi who has played only 13 games this season. In addition, only 3 of those came in Premier League.

Recently, it has been reported that the Blues are open to selling Disasi. The 26 year old is not in the plans of Maresca and is way behind in pecking order. There is very little hope that the Frenchman is able to get more game time in the second half of the season.

Juventus to provide an exit path for Chelsea star

According to RMCsport, Juventus are plotting a January move for Axel Disasi. The report further states that one top German club is also keen to sign the 26 year old.

Juventus are desperate to sign defender in January due to their current situation. 2 of their main defender – Bremer and Cabal, will miss the entire season due to injury. Hence, the Italian giants are planning to sign atleast one or two defender in January.

Disasi will surely be open for a move as he will not want to spend his peak years sitting on the bench. The 26 year old has already proven his worth while playing for Monaco before joining Chelsea. A loan move may also come into play as mid-season deals are usually hard to end in success.
