Mr Ward, who lives in Rushmere St Andrew, added: "The sight is a disgusting letdown and health hazard to visitors to the area.
"I've often seen it spilling out onto the neighbouring carpark and busy adjacent path, it's terrible. The problem is as soon as it's cleared up it reappears again."

"Because the issue is on private property we will be working with all the stakeholders involved to solve the problem.
"Fly-tipping and littering is a blight on our town and when the council is able to find the perpetrators behind these crimes they will be prosecuted. The more efficient we can make ourselves with tackling these issues the better we can make the town look and feel."
The Ipswich Borough Council waste enforcement team now says the rubbish has been cleared up on behalf of NCP.
NCP has been contacted about the issue but has not yet commented.
