Arsenal XI vs Crystal Palace: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup, injury latest for Premier League

Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus will hope to keep his place in the team when the Gunners head to Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Jesus scored a stunning hat-trick against Palace on Wednesday night when Arsenal beat them 3-2 to book a place in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.

The Brazilian could come out of the team for Kai Havertz, although Arteta will be tempted to stick with Jesus.

The striker has struggled for form this season, but his hat-trick on Wednesday night could prove to be a turning point.

Arsenal will welcome back Declan Rice and Riccardo Calafiori to the squad after they both missed the game on Wednesday.

Asked about the pair at his press conference on Friday afternoon, manager Mikel Arteta said: “They are both available to be in the squad.”

Oleksandr Zinchenko is also in contention to play, but Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu remain out with knee injuries.

“No Tomiyasu and Zinchenko probably available as well,” said Arteta. “I think he (Zinchenko) could be available.”

The return of Calafiori and Zinchenko may mean that Myles Lewis-Skelly loses his place in the team at left-back.
