Arsenal’s lack of striker is a problem

Arsenal have been struggling in the last few matches because of the lack of a striker. They have to quickly make sure to sign a new one to be in the race.

AN ATTACKING PROBLEM FOR THE GUNNERS

The Gunners, as we can see have already started. The draw against Everton in their latest clash has already proven to be problematic for Arteta.

It did not affect the gap between Arsenal and Liverpool but it definitely could have been better. The Gunners should plan something.

Gabriel Jesus is a problem in the squad. He has not been of any use to Arteta’s squad for quite a long time.

This Arteta’s Arsenal striker has been nothing but a problem in the entire squad.

The team is stacked, with good wing play, and defense but no finishing. The Gunners might have to regain their composure for the progression or upgrade the system.

Arsenal are in huge need of a striker. They need a man who can score and put all of the hard work worth it.

The overall quality seems to be damped as claimed by reporters and they have been questioned. The set pieces are probably the only things that seem to be the lifeline of Arsenal.

The struggle of a normal attack might be deafening for the current Arsenal squad.

ARSENAL IN NEED OF A STRIKER

So, it is inevitable that the Gunners need a striker. Not always the corners will help you, just like the latest Everton match.

Everton’s defensive line stopped them in their tracks and found them lacking. Also, Kai Havertz, one of the Gunners’ attacking men, has not been very useful.

He has only scored eight goals in his last 8 games for Mikel Arteta’s squad.

But, we can see that Arsenal has many contracts and rumors around the world. The latest being interested in Juve’s Dusan Vlahovic. They are ready to pay € 60 million for the striker.

They are still finding it difficult to make a perfect starting finisher who could deliver it. The passing positioning needs a little bit more improvement for Kai.

Even after a poor statistics, Kai might have more goals than Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus, Trossard and Sterling all combined.

But, the most complete ghost of Arsenal is Jesus. He has played in almost 33 games and has scored only one.

But despite all that, this time it’s a serious call for a striker in the squad.

AUTHOR’S OPINION

The more if we look around it, the better. Arsenal are in an attacking crisis.

They have a fairly good team, the midfield is stacked, and they probably have one of the best youngsters in modern football.

But, the problem lies in the execution. All those passes, the gameplay goes to waste if there is no player to score it.

Arsenal might soon have to take a striker immediately as soon as possible. The transfer window might open up several options for the Gunners, but it is only a matter of time and a good decision whether will they have a good striker.

The goal is to find a good scorer and be in the title race trailing behind 6 points behind Liverpool. The gap is not as much as it seems.

Overall, the team is well-stacked and can do something if they are finally serious about their tactics and system.

So, the hunt for the strikers is the primary objective of Arsenal to be able to compete both in the domestic and the European League.
