The Sun recently reported that Arsenal are keen to sign Calvert-Lewin. Gunners are keen to sign a striker and hence are being linked with many top names. They are desperate to sign a striker due to current situation.

A January move for Calvert-Lewin would have been a good temporary solution. But Arsenal fans were not happy with this news as they are expecting a big name. Now, Gunners have been joined by Italian club who can be a good fit for English striker.

Calvert-Lewin can be a good addition to the Italian side. But, he will not be able to get the starting position just yet. As of now, Moises Keane is the main striker and is in a fine form. He has 13 goals and 1 assist in 20 games this season.

However, Fiorentina will still like to add another striker in order to have sufficient depth. Firstly, they are on the 4th position in Serie A and hoping to secure Champions League football. In addition, Calvert-Lewin could be signed on low price tag which will be a great business.

Lastly about Arsenal, they do have many other options in the market. They can sign a big name striker on permanent basis but it will prove hard mid-season. Hence, they can opt to signing someone on loan and as of now they do have one in sight – Randal Kolo Muani of PSG.
