Nelson decision
Arsenal are reportedly set to allow Reiss Nelson to leave permanently during the summer transfer window. The winger left the Gunners on loan during the summer, joining Fulham on a season-long loan deal.
He has made nine league appearances so far for the Cottagers, contributing to an impressive start to the season for the club. According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal will allow Nelson to leave permanently next summer regardless of what he manages during his loan spell across the capital. Nelson is on his third loan spell, but he has never played for another club permanently.
Soler links
Arsenal are said to be interested in a deal to sign Argentinian talent Julio Soler, but they are not alone. Tottenham are also said to be interested, with The Boot Room claiming the Lanus star is in demand ahead of the January transfer window opening in less than two weeks.
Soler caught the eye during his appearances for Argentina’s Olympics team over the summer. Bournemouth are also said to be in the mix, and they have reportedly already made contact with Lanus, who are hoping to land a deal worth £15million plus add-ons. The 19-year-old is a left-back who racked up 43 senior appearances in the most recent Argentine season.
