Left back is an area that Arsenal may look to strength in the January window.

It comes amidst the continuing problems that the Gunners have in getting players fit to play in that un that position. Riccardo Califiori, who was signed in the summer, has suffered from knee and now groin problems, whilst Oleksandr Zinchenko, who has fitness issues of his own, is not defensively reliable.
