Leicester City and Wolves go head-to-head in a 2pm Premier League kick-off on Sunday, December 22nd.
Leicester City head into the game looking to bounce back from their shock hammering at the hands of Newcastle United last weekend.
A win for the Foxes would go a long way to easing the pressure currently on Ruud van Nistelrooy amid his quest to save the club from relegation.
Leicester have slipped down to 17th ahead of the weekend’s fixtures getting underway and could be knocked into the bottom three ahead of taking on Wolves.
Chris Sutton has now shared his prediction for what could happen in the clash an made an interesting Jamie Vardy claim.

Vardy is now 37 years of age but is still such an important player for the Foxes.
The striker is the club’s top scorer in the Premier League this season with six goals.

And when making his Leicester vs Wolves score prediction, as per BBC Sport, Suton stated his belief that the Foxes are ‘still heavily reliant’ on Vardy.
He said: “Wolves have just appointed Vitor Pereira as Gary O’Neil’s replacement but they could be without their best attacking player, Matheus Cunha, through suspension, and he would be a huge miss.
“They will be hoping for the same bounce in results that Leicester got when they appointed Ruud van Nistelrooy as manager a few weeks back but I think the Foxes were quite fortunate in some of those games.
“Leicester have shown some spirit under Van Nistelrooy, but they are still heavily reliant on Jamie Vardy up front and still leaking goals too.
“Wolves have even bigger problems at the back so Pereira might come in and try to shut up shop, but I don’t know if they are capable of doing that – they are still the same players that conceded so many goals under O’Neil.

Paul Merson disagrees with Christ Sutton’s Leicester vs Wolves prediction
While drawing with a relegation rival isn’t terrible, Leicester fans would no doubt prefer a comfortable win.
As a result, they are probably happier to see what Paul Merson has said ahead of the game.
Merson gave his Leicester vs Wolves prediction earlier this week and backed Van Nistelrooy’s side to come away with a 2-1 win.
He said: “This is a cup final, huge game. Wolves sacked Gary O’Neil before this big game and if they end up losing to Leicester, they will be eight points behind the Foxes! Now that’s a massive advantage for Leicester in the battle to avoid relegation.
“If Everton got a result at Arsenal, that shows they won’t go down this season. I don’t think any of the three promoted teams can do that at the Emirates. So then suddenly this becomes a four-way relegation battle between Leicester, Ipswich, Southampton and Wolves.
“Rayan Ait-Nouri is suspended for this game and it’s a massive loss for Wolves. With everything that’s recently happened, I don’t expect Wolves to win this game. I’m backing Ruud van Nistelrooy and Leicester to pick up a really important win.”
