Manchester United will look to make it back-to-back wins in the Premier League this weekend against Bournemouth.
Ruben Amorim will be pleased with how his team are progressing and a victory over Bournemouth could put Manchester United right back in contention to finish in the top four this season.
Last time out in the Premier League, we were treated to a sensational victory at the Etihad, with Amad Diallo spearheading the comeback.
This was followed up on Thursday with a frustrating individual error that caused the 4-3 defeat against Tottenham Hotspurs. In this one, Altay Bayindir was the culprit behind the loss.
Despite this defeat, Amorim is happy with how his team are developing and now a tricky and crucial clash awaits United this Sunday at Old Trafford.

How Manchester United will line-up against Bournemouth
So, the final game before Christmas has arrived and a win over Bournemouth could see United go joint on points with sixth.
MORE UNITED STORIES
Amorim will have a strong squad to choose from however will definitely be missing Mason Mount, who is out for several weeks. While Luke Shaw remains injured.
Marcus Rashford could miss out again with Amorim yet to reintroduce him to the team after his initial absence against City.
So with the absences in mind, here is how we are predicting United to line-up against Bournemouth.
Andre Onana
The less said about Altay Bayindir’s performance against Tottenham the better. Andre Onana starts against Bournemouth.
Leny Yoro
After a brilliant display mid-week, Leny Yoro has shown he is ready to play a part. So with that and Matthijs de Ligt potentially still ill, we expect Yoro to start on the right.
Harry Maguire
After being rested mid-week, we imagine Harry Maguire will start against Bournemouth. Maguire was sensational against City, so hopefully he is equally impressive here.
Lisandro Martinez
On the left, a lack of options should see Lisandro Martinez start again in this one. Martinez was slammed by Gary Neville for his display against Spurs and needs to improve here.
Noussair Mazraoui
With Amad showing he is too important high up the pitch to be a wing-back and so we expect that Noussair Mazraoui will start here on Sunday like he has done two games in a row now.
Manuel Ugarte

In midfield, Manuel Ugarte has been a revelation since Amorim arrived and is almost an undroppable member of the team at this point.
Kobbie Mainoo
Partnering Ugarte, we predict will be Kobbie Mainoo as the 19-year-old has been eased back in after his injury, but is ready to kick on.
Diogo Dalot
On the left, we begrudgingly predict that Diogo Dalot will once again be in line to start. Reinforcements are needed in January but the Portuguese defender will do for now.
Amad Diallo
Amad has become the star player for United over the last eight games and after being rested mid-week, he is in line to start here.
Bruno Fernandes
Starting on the right alongside Amad we predict will be Bruno Fernandes with the captain once again undroppable under Amorim.
Rasmus Hojlund
Finally, leading the line we expect to be Joshua Zirkzee. Rasmus Hojlund is the first choice, but he’s played a few games on the bounce and Zirkzee scored midweek so deserves the chance.
