Arsenal are reportedly set to secure the signing of Las Palmas’ highly-rated attacking midfielder Alberto Moleiro, according to Spanish outletFichajes. The Gunners have allegedly agreed in principle to activate the 21-year-old’s £50 million release clause, with an official announcement expected in the coming months.
Moleiro, whose performances in La Liga have caught the attention of top European clubs, is seen as a major reinforcement for Mikel Arteta’s squad. The Spaniard offers versatility in attack, capable of operating as a central attacking midfielder or as a winger.
