PHILIP Billing has had to wait for his chance to make an impact on the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) season so far.
The midfielder is yet to start a game in the Premier League for AFC Bournemouth, but he has been increasingly important off the bench in recent weeks.
Against both Ipswich Town and West Ham, the Dane has been influential in comebacks, playing a vital role in Dango Ouattara’s winning goal.
Asked about his impact in recent weeks, Andoni Iraola told the Daily Echo: “I think he has been very good coming from the bench and he has played, I think the last four or five games from the bench and I think he has had good performances.
“Past season, also, coming from the bench, he scored in Old Trafford and I think he had a very good game and I hope he can continue this way because especially in this period of Christmas we play a lot of games.
“So we will need everyone in the squad because we are now quite thin.”
