Everton play host to Chelsea at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
The Toffees have had a busy week, with The Friedkin Group finally completing their takeover from Farhad Moshiri.
The Friedkins have already announced new hires at Everton and are making immediate plans to restructure the club as a business.
Everton are now debt-free under their stewardship and there is hope of a bright future on Merseyside ahead of their move to the new stadium on Bramley Moore-Dock.
But, they must focus on the now and look to beat Enzo Maresca’s high-flying Chelsea in their fight to survive relegation.
Ahead of the clash, Everton News has predicted Sean Dyche’s starting line-up.

Everton teams news vs Chelsea
On the injury front, Dyche has already ruled out James Garner and Tim Iroegbunam, though, they are back on the grass.
“Jimmy and Tim are still a bit behind the curve, they are making progress though, so that is good,” the Everton boss said, via Liverpool Echo.

“But that is not going to be quick progress at this stage but they are on the grass and just beginning to take soft steps back towards fitness.”
Dwight McNeil is ‘touch and go’ as the club continues to manage his knee injury, which has plagued him on occasion this season.
Chelsea loanee Armando Broja will miss the clash due to ineligibility, as he can’t face his parent club.
Everton predicted XI vs Chelsea
Dyche could make two changes from the goalless draw away at Arsenal, with McNeil coming back into the side.
Jesper Lindstrom could replace Jack Harrison, who has flattered to deceive this season. Everton fans have been really critical of Harrison and at the moment, it looks unlikely the club will make his loan move Leeds a permanent.
