Alexander Isak has drawn comparisons with Thierry Henry many times since he landed at Newcastle United - maybe this is why the media are obsessed with him playing for Arsenal.
The Sweden international has many similarities with the legendary striker, both are comfortable playing on the left wing - which is indeed where Henry began his Arsenal career, and both are cool as a cucumber in front of goal.
Although, lately Isak has perhaps been a bit too cool, especially in one-on-one situations with the 'keeper. A few times lately, he's been through on goal and hit what amounts to a backpass instead of burying it.
Despite those slips though, Isak is in fine goal-scoring form having scored in the last four Premier League games and helping himself to six goals in the last five games in all competitions.

Alexander Isak is off to a better goal-scoring start in the Premier League than Thierry Henry
As X user @TrueNUFC has pointed out, Isak has now scored more goals in his first 67 games in the Premier League than Thierry Henry with 41 to Thierry's 36 after both joined the Premier League at the age of 22.
Okay, so as we said, Henry started life at Arsenal on the left wing, but still, Isak is in esteemed company here, and he's only getting better.
Isak has already passed Les Ferdinand in Newcastle's all-time Premier League top scorers charts and has only six goals to go before he catches second-placed Callum Wilson.

The longer we can keep hold of Isak the more worried Shearer should be about his record
It's unlikely we'll keep hold of him long enough unless we actually start to win everything, but were he to stick around, Alan Shearer could finally have some cause to be nervous.
There aren't any other strikers like him in the Premier League. Erling Haaland may score plenty of goals but his general play is absolutely pants. Isak has skill, a good football brain and an eye for goal.
If Newcastle had the likes of Kevin De Bruyne supplying Isak, he'd easily get more goals than Haaland. That's why it's so key that Newcastle find a right winger who can produce ... well ... exactly what Jacob Murphy is producing right now but on a more consistent basis.
