Winger Raul Moro is ignoring speculation about his future amid links to Nottingham Forest ahead of the winter transfer window.
The Reds have been credited with an interest in the Real Valladolid wide man as they eye January signings. Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are also said to have their eye on the 22-year-old, but recent reports suggested contact had been made with Forest about a potential move.
A €10 million (£8.2m) price tag has been mooted and it seems the player’s Spanish club would be prepared to do business. Moro hasn’t exactly ruled out a switch either, but he has insisted his sole focus is on doing well in La Liga.
“I try to isolate myself and I haven’t seen much,” he told Estadio Deportivo in response to the transfer rumours. “I’m focused on finishing the year here and doing well, because if you don’t do well at your club those things will never come and my mentality is to do well here and then we’ll see.”
Moro added: “I still have a lot of room for improvement; when you feel wanted in a place and you feel good, when nothing goes wrong around you, the football that a player has ends up coming out. Since I arrived at Valladolid I have felt on the rise with more and more confidence and weight, and that is good for a player and that is why I think I can continue improving,”

The report adds that Real Valladolid sporting director Domingo Catoira has confirmed the club “will listen to offers” for any member of their squad. It has been reported they need to cash-in on some players in order to bring in their own reinforcements next month.
Moro is under contract until 2028 after an option to turn his loan from Lazio into a permanent move was taken up in the summer. Valladolid reportedly paid €2 million (£1.6m) to sign him but now see the youngster as being worth more than €4m (£3.3m) as they target a sale “either in the winter or summer”.
Strengthening their wide options was a priority for Forest in the summer. They brought in Jota Silva and Ramon Sosa to provide cover and competition for Callum Hudson-Odoi and Anthony Elanga.
