Manchester United suffered their seventh loss of the Premier League season after an underwhelming display against Bournemouth at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils were not clinical in front of goal against the Cherries on Sunday and they ended up suffering a 3-0 loss to the South Coast outfit.
Manager Ruben Amorim unsurprisingly decided to rotate his starting XI once more with six changes.
The likes of Tyrell Malacia and Joshua Zirkzee got the nod in the line-up. The Dutch duo failed to capitalise with disappointing performances.
Meanwhile, Alejandro Garnacho was only a substitute for a third consecutive appearance. His performance was pretty good in over 35 minutes.
The Argentina international had 27 touches with a passing accuracy of 84 percent. He created four chances for his teammates and won two duels.
Garnacho should have scored after being put through on goal, but it was still a good outing.
The 20-year-old ended up with a 7/10 Sofascore rating. In our view, Amorim must start Garnacho when United face Wolverhampton Wanderers on Boxing Day.
The attacker, who has an ‘X-factor‘ according to former United manager Erik ten Hag, should line up alongside Amad Diallo in the number 10 positions.
Bruno Fernandes could partner Manuel Ugarte in central midfield.
The other option could be to pair up Garnacho and Fernandes together. Diallo could move to right wing-back with Diogo Dalot or Noussair Mazraoui at left wing-back.
Either way, Amorim should find a place for the United graduate for Thursday’s trip to the Molineux Stadium.
