The Friedkin Group have rescheduled loans related to the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium at Everton by lending themselves, according to Kieran Maguire.
The sports finance expert shared a Companies House document via his personal X account on 22 December, explaining that the new owners have replaced an existing loan with a new one through TDF Capital, a company controlled by Dan Friedkin.
The document details that the loan in question – provided by TDF Capital, who has already lent at least £200million – is related to the “property known as land at Bramley-Moore Dock”.
Responding to a Toffees fan’s question, Maguire added that by taking loans from in-house parties the Goodison Park outfit are avoiding higher interest rates and “lunacy”.

MORE TOFFEES STORIES
Meanwhile, the aforementioned Companies House document was created on Wednesday (18 December), meaning the Friedkins got to work even before the buyout was finalised.
It is worth noting that the Toffees were handed full control of their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium on Friday, 20 December [Liverpool Echo].
Executive chairman and key Friedkin figure Marc Watts was present at a formal handover event as the Merseyside-based club were handed the keys to their brand new home.
The Premier League are now set to oversee a six-month fit-out of the ground.
Everton are edging closer to moving to the stadium, which was a project launched three-and-a-half years ago.
The club’s financial situation under Farhad Moshiri meant that they had to take loans to fund the project and the Friedkins are now looking to ease the situation by replacing an existing loan with a new one, although they are lending the money to themselves in this instance.
