Chelsea are yet to receive a transfer offer for Ben Chilwell, with the former England international facing the prospect of spending the entire 2024-25 campaign on the sidelines.
Enzo Maresca publicly stated his desire to offload the 28-year-old this summer, however Chilwell was unable to secure a Stamford Bridge exit, despite reported interest from the likes of Brentford and Manchester United.
The ex-Leicester City defender has subsequently only made one appearance for Chelsea so far this season, while he is yet to be included in a Premier League matchday squad since the arrival of Maresca in July.

Chilwell reportedly earns an eye-watering weekly salary of €240,000 (£200,000), but his wages are proving to be a stumbling block for any potential suitors.
That is according to The Sun, who report that Chelsea haven’t received a single offer for Chilwell ahead of the January transfer window.

What has Enzo Maresca said about Ben Chilwell?
Despite the reported lack of interest in Chilwell, Blues boss Maresca has admitted that the Englishman could push to leave Stamford Bridge in January.
“There are players who unfortunately didn’t play a lot with us in all the competitions, like [Ben] Chilwell, like Carney [Chukwuemeka],” the Italian recently told reporters.
“They are probably the first who want to leave because they work every day, they train every day. They want to play games, and if they don’t play games probably they are thinking to leave.”
Chilwell has made 107 appearances for Chelsea since his €50.2 million move from Leicester back in 2020, scoring nine goals and providing 12 assists.
He helped the west London giants win the Champions League during his debut season at the club, while he also played a key role in their UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup triumphs in 2021-22.
