Leicester City Christmas fixtures

The Foxes will play three times over the festive season, starting on Boxing Day and ending on 4 January 2025.

It starts with one of the hardest tests of the league campaign as Leicester travel to Merseyside to face table toppers Liverpool on Boxing Day.

Arne Slot’s men have been dominant and any point at Anfield would be one of the most important of the season. The last time Leicester played Liverpool around the festive period, they bet the Reds 1-0 thanks to Ademola Lookman’s strike.

Three days later the Foxes are back at the King Power Stadium and it doesn’t get any easier as they take on Manchester City.

Man City have been out of sorts in recent weeks but are always a difficult opposition to face and will have to be on their A game once again.

Finally, to round off, Leicester end their Christmas period with a trip to Villa Park on 4 January 2025.

It makes a change as fans of Leicester have been used to playing on New Years’ Day in the past, but with clubs being given time to recover, the Foxes round off their festive era with a short trip across the midlands against Champions League chasing Aston Villa.
