Arsenal might have faced a little bit of a problem here. Defender Jakub Kiwior has reportedly asked his agents to seek a transfer away from the club.
LACK OF PLAYING TIME
According to recent reports, it is said in Italy that Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior could leave the club.
Joining the Gunners back on 23rd January 2023 for £ 20 million from Seria B side Spezia. He thought he would have more exposure and potential to move forward in his career.
But, unfortunately, he was never a first-choice player in Arteta’s starting line-up.
This underrated hero made only 29 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal. But, for now, it seems that this Italian will leave.
This can be a piece of bad news for the Italian player. He could have been a better player if he got more time.
The 24-year-old asked his agent, FairSport – who represents both Napoli and Slovakian star Stanislav Lobotka.
So, this leave might grant him some more fresh air or return to his Italian atmosphere.
JAKUB KIWIOR MIGHT GET MORE CHANCES OUTSIDE CLUB
This Polish defender has the potential to be much more than wasting his time.
The more he sits there, the more time will go for him. He might get too late to catch on later. Arsenal can be a world-class team in a world-class league, but its never fair for the newcomers.
But this young star has gathered attention now that he wants to leave the north London club.
He has attracted many other elite clubs like Ac Milan, Juventus, and Inter to make perfect use of him. It is quite sure that he is not having a good time in the Premier League.
Arteta may already find it not so amusing after not having to make time for the new players. He has even claimed that it’s not fair for the newcomers to not have their time on the pitch.
However, here’s an irony, he hasn’t given enough time to him for the starting XI in the squad.
AUTHOR’S OPINION
In this pressure in the title race, Arsenal is not quite taking any risks with new experiments. Now that the Carabao Cup is around the corner.
Arteta might need to stack his team before facing Crystal Palace in the Emirates. So, it is quite a busy week for Arteta and his squad.
Jakub has to make sure of his next final steps before taking a huge leap of faith. He might end up somewhere worse or somewhere way better.
Arsenal might not need him at this present moment, but maybe somewhere else someone else needs him.
Overall it is all a matter of time when he will leave the club in the upcoming transfer window and look for another club.
However, it will be challenging for the Polish international to be recognized too early.
but his underrated work hours and defensive ability can be utilized. So, a good team at a good time will do the job for him.
Kiwior might be late in his upcoming talent show in Arsenal but its never too late to show it somewhere else.
Arsenal is not getting any perfect time to utilize the player or players now that the domestic title and the Carabao Cup are near.
But, a solid defender like him will be a good choice in the Inter side of the Seria A as they can perfectly optimize the team for winning the league.
