Alexander Isak becomes more valuable to Newcastle United with each goal he scores.
And he has been scoring a lot as of late, with Alexander Isak boasting 10 goals in his last 11 games.
Three of them came on Saturday, as the 25-year-old netted his first ever Toon hat-trick in Newcastle’s 4-0 win over Ipswich Town.
He showcased his immense finishing ability at Portman Road, and Newcastle think Isak can get even better.
That is a terrifying thought for the Magpies’ rivals, while it is exactly why so many pundits of a North London persuasion want Isak to sign for Arsenal.

But is an Isak exit likely in January, during a month in which Newcastle need to sell to buy due to PSR? Not according to those inside St James’ Park.
That is according to the Athletic, who report that senior club officials are privately not worried about Isak leaving Newcastle United during the January transfer window.

They add that the situation may change in the summer if the Magpies miss out on European qualification.
Isak is becoming more valuable to Newcastle
There is no denying how important Alexander Isak is to Newcastle United.
When you watch him play, it is easy to understand why pretty much every club in world football would like to call him their own.
But he belongs to the Magpies, and Isak is Eddie Howe’s most valuable player. He is the player who the Toon boss would least like to lose, and the way he is playing probably makes it even less likely that he will leave in January.
With every goal he scores, Newcastle can add a few extra million pounds to his value. The likes of Arsenal have seen first-hand how good he is, so if they want to sign him then they need to put their money where their mouth is.
But it will take a lot of money, because Isak is the best striker in the Premier League right now. It seems odd to say, but the better he plays, the less likely a move away in January is.
However, the bigger challenge could come in the summer. That is why it is vital that Newcastle qualify for Europe, which is very possible if Isak continues to fire the Magpies up the Premier League table.
