It has been quite the week for Everton fans who have seen a lot there is to like about their club both on and off the pitch.
Late last week, the news finally broke as The Friedkin Group were handed the keys to Goodison Park.
And Sean Dyche was able to provide a solid result on Sunday in the first game under the new ownership, with a point against Chelsea.
The Friedkins were in attendance for Everton’s draw against Chelsea as questions remain over the future of some on Merseyside.
Three games unbeaten in the league has now seen Everton solidify their position in what promised to be a difficult December on paper.
Although the Friedkins have only been in the door for less than a week, Dyche has already said he has seen something change around the club.

Sean Dyche has already seen change at Everton since takeover
With big changes being made on Merseyside, Dyche has said the Friedkins are supporting him having already met with CEO Marc Watts.

The mood around the club has dramatically improved over the last couple of weeks and Dyche has noticed.
Speaking in his press conference on Monday, the 53-year-old has admitted Evertonians will be delighted to hear of the stability being brought to their club.
“I think just the idea of, you know, when no one quite knows what’s going on, you know, everyone’s uncertain, and people don’t like that,” said Dyche.
“And I think when there’s some certainty, The Friedkin Group have given that certainty when there use the word ‘stability’.
“And I think, you know, because it’s been an unstable situation, I think that’s a word that all Evertonians want to hear as a start point.
“Obviously, there’s more to come, but that’s a start point, so I think it just brings a bit of calmness kills the story. Hopefully gives a more positive feel about the club.”
The tests keep on coming for the Toffees this month with a Boxing Day trip to the Etihad Stadium.
Ahead of the game, Kyle Walker admitted Manchester City will train on Christmas Day, which is something they have not done for years.
Everton have huge opportunity in January transfer market
The Friedkin Group are eyeing huge changes in the summer with numerous players set to see their contracts run out at the end of the campaign.
Everton may not be where they want to be in the table, but the January transfer market could be a big month for the Toffees.
However, for now, the Friedkins are backing Kevin Thelwell, which may suggest there could be movement over the coming weeks in the market.
But there will also be some caution as Everton will be held back by PSR in January due to the work of the previous owner over the years.
