Mohamed Salah is in a league of his own. He’s breaking records left, right and centre. Let’s just hope he signs a new contract and stays, and goes on to break many more.
That’s all I can say. It’s out of our hands. Again, we’ve let it get into this position with the three of them and we’re all waiting for a statement from the club saying they’ve all signed contracts. But it’s still not come.
Dominik Szoboszlai has been superb recently too. Every aspect of his game. Both in and out of possession, on the floor and in the air.

He’s a tall lad and was winning really important flick-ons in midfield and winning second balls too to help get us on the front foot against Tottenham.
He was flicking it on to the front three and creating chances, he’s got a great leap on him and that is a ploy we have to use more really.
Liverpool have to strengthen in January
I still think that if there is a player out there to go and buy, as an insurance policy, go and get him in the January transfer window. If they are there, go and get them.
That’s what I think, I really do, even though the squad is already that good. They did next to nothing in the summer.
It sounds daft but I wouldn’t mind another striker! If you can go and get Isak from Newcastle United, phwoar! That’s only tongue-in-cheek but if there is someone going who strengthens what we’ve got.
We’re top of the league, we want to win the league. Just get an insurance policy, a top player. A centre-half, another midfielder or a centre-forward. It’s as easy as that.
Same again against Leicester as Wembley awaits
Liverpool have got to do the same against Leicester City on Boxing Day, just do what we did at Tottenham.
Take nothing for granted because look what happened at home to Forest. Granted, they’re fourth in the league now which shows you something.
But you can’t just expect to win, it’s hard work that gets you the victories and that’s what they need to show against Leicester to give everyone a late Christmas present. We’ve had an early one at Tottenham so now go give us a late one.
Take the points. If you can get a couple of goals in the first half, Leicester being in the position they are in now and with a new manager, it would ask serious questions of them.
You take nothing for granted, it’s always one game at a time, taking each game as it comes. But we have got a very good squad filled with very good players.
We’re into a semi-final now in the League Cup too. You take it one game at a time but you look forward to it. We have players who can win games.
Konate and Bradley will come back soon and be involved in the semi-final against Tottenham, I’m sure.
Elliott, Nunez, Jota, Endo - who played really well in the week. Slot could rotate his side against Tottenham in the League Cup semi-final next month, and Liverpool would still be good enough to go and get a result.
If we can keep away from all the injuries, then it will look rosy. But things can happen overnight, you have to be careful.
