Everton’s new owners were treated to an encouraging draw at home to a red hot Chelsea side on the weekend in their first game at the club.
The Friedkin Group were in the stands on Sunday as they saw their Everton side continue their recent run of positive form.
Although the Toffees may still be lingering around the bottom three, there have been some promising signs from their past three games.
Following a meeting at Finch Farm on Friday, Sean Dyche says he has the support of the Friedkins as they look to bring stability to the club.
However, that may well be a smokescreen, with it now being suggested that The Friedkin Group have some very clear expectations at Goodison.

The Friedkin Group set for ruthless Everton tenure
Dyche has already praised the Friedkins for the change in mood that they have brought to the club since arriving last week.
However, he may want to be careful as to how much praise he provides them with his position as the manager at Everton still under threat.
According to journalist Andy Dunn in the Sunday Mirror, the Friedkins will not be concerned about having to sack Dyche if needed.

“TFG is a privately held consortium of businesses. They are investing in Everton & want to see a return. That is why they will be ruthless,” he said.
“That is why Sean Dyche will be on trial from the moment his side take the field against Chelsea.”
Tim Howard has tipped Graham Potter as a good appointment for Everton despite Dyche having seemingly settled the ship on Merseyside.
But with some tough games still to come before the turn of the year, it seems as if the 53-year-old is going to be under close watch from the new owners.
Sean Dyche proud of his Everton turnaround
There is no getting away from it, the 2024/25 campaign has certainly been fairly underwhelming up until the past couple of weeks.
Graeme Souness spoke about Everton in the relegation battle at the start of the season and the Blues have certainly struggled to escape that.
However, recent results have been much improved with two unexpected points coming from their last two games against top opposition.
And Dyche has been left delighted with the efforts being shown by his side.
“I’ve never not been proud of these players. We have come through a storm. I respect them. We want to be productive in possession, but it’s not easy against these teams,” he said.
Dyche may now be starting to get some results out of the side, but it will be interesting to see how long the new owners’ patience lasts if results do start to slip once again.
