Everton have been keeping an eye on West Brom forward Tom Fellows ahead of January and the recent update on Carlos Corberan may provide them with a potential boost.
The Toffees were first reported to have an interest in signing Fellows on 27 October when Alan Nixon claimed they sent a delegation to check on his progress.
Since then, Fellows has thrived in the Championship and an exit seems almost inevitable at some stage.
The Friedkin Group takeover was thought to be a big boost in their hopes to sign him and the Toffees may be in line to be handed another one.
Carlos Corberan remains a wanted man, with Valencia keen on bringing him to Spain (Hector Gomez) and the uncertainty over his future at West Brom could cause a similar feeling for Fellows who has developed under his guidance.

Fellows may turn to the exit door in January if Corberan’s future isn’t cleared up and Everton could find themselves in the driving seat.
Tom Fellows would be an excellent addition for Everton
Attacking woes have haunted the Toffees this season and perhaps ever since the appointment of Sean Dyche with his negative style of play severely restricting what Everton can do in attack.
The acquisition of Fellows would provide a huge boost in their bid to strengthen their attacking prowess and it is a signing that makes sense.
His ability to offer a threat from the wide areas would be of great use to the Merseysiders as they look to avoid yet another relegation battle and his age will allow him many more years of development making it an even better deal from a financial perspective.

With the right level of development and coaching, Fellows could very quickly become a multi-million-pound footballer with the potential to play for England and Everton need to consider this in January.
Whether they opt to or not, the transfer window will undoubtedly be an interesting one for the Toffees as the TFG era gets underway.
