The player in question here is Romeo Lavia. Lavia played only 1 game last season and was sidelined due to injury. But, the Belgian has been very good this season and has been one of the most improved players under Maresca. Lavia has so far played 10 games but has occasionally suffered injuries.

Maresca was asked about Lavia’s return in his latest press conference. Fabrizio Romano has tweeted the response of the Italian boss. Maresca said that Lavia is still recovering. He added that the 20 year old is back on pitch but is not ready for Fulham clash.
