Arsenal tipped to complete Marcus Rashford transfer plus Trent Alexander-Arnold shock deal

Arsenal will have one eye on the January transfer window as they seek reinforcements to boost their Premier League title bid.

Mikel Arteta's side have been hit hard by injuries so far this season as they sit third in the top flight table after 17 matches. Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice have been among the key players who have missed parts of the campaign through injury.

Arsenal will now be hoping to go on a run now though after Saturday's impressive 5-1 win at Crystal Palace. The Gunners host Ipswich Town next on Friday evening (kick-off: 8:15pm).

But they may also be keen on strengthening a squad which has looked stretched at times in 2024/25. A new striker and winger are two positions which many have suggested Arteta's side should look to bolster in January or next summer.

Among the players being linked with a move in the January transfer window include Manchester United's Marcus Rashford, who faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford. Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres is another player being linked with the Gunners.

A look into the bookmakers' odds can sometimes give an insight into what transfers could be in the pipeline. With that in mind, we've taken a look at the odds to see who Arsenal are being backed to sign in January.
