Manchester United will look to return to winning ways after Christmas
Manchester United's 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth was far from the ideal Christmas present for Ruben Amorim. After beating Manchester City, United have suffered back-to-back defeats at the hands of Tottenham and the Cherries.
United sit 13th in the Premier League table after losing seven of their 17 games. After today's festivities away from football, attention swiftly turns to the end of 2024.
United play two more times before the new year with tough games with Wolves and Newcastle. Any hope of ensuring European football does return to Old Trafford next season rests on the form over the next month.
