Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Italian midfielder Nicolo Fagioli.
The 23-year-old is expected to seal a move away from Juventus, but Tottenham are yet to approve a move for him. According to Give Me Sport, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou is working closely with club director Johan Lange, when it comes to improving the squad in January.
However, a move for Fagioli is not in the pipeline right now.
It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can bring in a quality midfielder during the January transfer window. They need someone who will add defensive cover to the side and help them control the tempo of the game as well.
They are lacking in depth in the middle of the park and Italian seems like the ideal acquisition. He is struggling for regular game time at Juventus and a move to the Premier League could be quite exciting for him.
