Serie A giants Juventus and Napoli are set to swap two major players this winter.
According to a [report](https://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Calciomercato/Juventus/25-12-2024/fagioli-a-napoli-raspadori-alla-juve-la-trattativa.shtml) by **Giovanni Albanese** of **La Gazzetta dello Sport**, Juventus and Napoli are set to engage in a player-exchange deal this upcoming transfer window which would see Nicolo Fagioli and Giacomo Raspadori switch clubs.
Both Fagioli and Raspadori are in need of a change of scenario and their respective clubs are hoping to make the best of the situation.
The Bianconeri will be able to spare on their salary budget if the 23-year-old leaves next month while adding Raspadori to their ranks. The 24-year-old could play as an under-striker or in a central forward role to create chances and this is set to enable the midfield to focus on intercepting passes and helping the defence. Thus, a more balanced structure than now could be in play under Thiago Motta.
However, Juventus face a [threat](https://www.getfootballnewsitaly.com/2024/three-players-could-depart-roma-as-part-of-revolution/) from Roma as the capital side are on the heels of Raspadori and they too are hoping for an exchange deal which would pave the way for Lorenzo Pellegrini to leave the club.
