Everton’s improved run of form continued on Boxing Day after the Toffees picked up a solid point on the road against Manchester City.
Sean Dyche’s side have now played Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City without tasting defeat in any of the three games.
Jordan Pickford’s penalty save against Erling Haaland had a big role to play in securing that point for Everton.
However, there is another player who impressed for the visitors as The Friedkin Group were treated to another impressive display.
And that player impressed so much that former Premier League goalkeeper Paul Robinson insisted he is good enough to play under Pep Guardiola.

Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye shines in Man City draw
Iliman Ndiaye has impressed massively since joining Everton and he showed his quality once again against the champions.
Speaking on BBC Sport, Robinson shared his admiration for what Ndiaye produced at the Etihad as he scored the equalising goal.
‘Everton have a player in Iliman Ndiaye who would get in the Manchester City team, he is that good. Today, he would get in over Savinho and Jeremy Doku,’ he said.

Fabrizio Romano says The Friedkin Group are already ‘monitoring’ their first January signings for Everton, but Ndiaye is certainly one player who they will be hoping to keep ahold of.
It was a stunning strike from the Senegal international and worthy of sealing a point against a side who have dominated England for years.

Phil Jagielka expected Dyche to change Ndiaye’s position into a more central role, but he continues to shine off the wing.
The summer signing has proven himself to be Everton’s main threat this season with Dominic Calvert-Lewin struggling for form.
And his clinical finish certainly proved his worth to the new owners who landed just last week.
