Victor Lindelof has struggled at Manchester United this season.
The centre-back has dealt with a series of injuries over the campaign, playing only five times in the Premier League.
While the Swedish defender is back and has been on the bench in the past two Premier League games, his current Manchester United contract runs out in the summer transfer window.
This makes his situation uncertain and there is now a possibility that he could join Inter Milan.
InterLive have reported that the Nerazzurri could focus on signing a free agent in the summer and the outlet believe that Lindelof’s ‘separation is sealed’ at Old Trafford.
That is why Inter are keeping an eye on the 30-year-old, who will cost much less than other targets like Jaka Bijol and Sam Beukema in the summer transfer window.
There is a possibility Lindelof’s entourage can offer him to the Italian champions. Even though his age profile doesn’t meet what CEO Beppe Marotta wants in the project, his free agent status can prove to be appealing to Inter Milan.
