Arsenal targets prefers to join them over other English clubs

Arsenal are heavily linked with 21 year old superstar. They have been handed a major boost in his pursuit as he himself prefers to join them over other English clubs.

Gunners are surely going to land a world-class striker this summer. They have been linked with various names and one of them is Benjamin Sesko. Infact, Gunners wanted to sign Sesko in the summer 2024 window itself. They tried really hard to sign Sesko but failed to do so.

After the deal ended in failure, Sesko signed a new contract with RB Leipzig. He extended his stay until 2029. But, the 21 year old is now said to be open to move away from Germany and join a bigger club. In addition, Premier League is said to he his next destination.

Sesko is still looked upon by Arsenal but this time they are not the only ones. They are joined by their English rivals Chelsea and Manchester United. However, the North London club are still leading the race to sign him this summer.

Arsenal handed key boost in the pursuit of Sesko

According to CaughtOffside, Sesko prefers to join Arsenal over Chelsea and Man United. This will make Mikel Arteta’s path easier to land his favoured striker. In contrast, it will come as a huge blow for Chelsea and United.

Sesko can be a very good addition to Arsenal squad. He will be a long-term investment and will also cost lot less than their another target Alexander Isak. But, it is still very early to predict what will be next in Sesko’s career.

Chelsea do have other options in the market. They are currently looking at Liam Delap. Man United too have some options and as of now Viktor Gyokeres is their top priority. They will like to benefit from Ruben Amorim’s relationship with Sporting.
