Gary Lineker has now singled out one player for particular praise, describing him as “underrated.”
The ex-Leicester City striker believes Harry Maguire has been performing at a high level.
He has slotted into the centre of Amorim’s back three and scored a crucial goal last time out.
His last-minute header secured victory in the FA Cup against The Foxes.
“He is a former Leicester man as well – I think he is underrated at times,” Gary Lineker said, as per RedMancunian.
“I think he is better. We all know he can be caught on the turn.
“He is not the quickest on the turn, but he is a great competitor.”
Discussing his strengths, the former Barcelona forward added:
“He is good on the ball, terrific in both boxes and will get you the odd goal.”

It is no secret that the formation change has benefitted Maguire significantly.
One key aspect of his game that can aid Amorim’s side is his ability to switch play.
His long diagonal passes to the flanks can be crucial with stronger wingback options.
Patrick Dorgu will hopefully provide that quality this season, making those switches even more effective.
This was something seen as early as Amorim’s first training session at Carrington.
Matthijs de Ligt is a fantastic defender but lacks the same passing range as his United counterpart.
Maguire regularly executes those switches with precision, adding another dimension to United’s attack.
After signing his one-year extension last month, the Englishman has the chance to continue proving his worth.
