Chelsea head to the south coast this evening (Friday) with vengeance on their mind after suffering a comeback defeat at Brighton in the FA Cup last weekend.
This time it's Premier League points on the line, and Blues boss Enzo Maresca should be boosted by two key men coming back into his starting line-up after captain Reece James was given a rest and Enzo Fernandez was benched last time out.
Here, Express Sport takes you through how Chelsea are likely to line up at the Amex Stadium...
Chelsea predicted XI vs Brighton (4-2-3-1)
Goalkeeper: Jorgensen
Maresca persisted with Robert Sanchez but a catalogue of errors leading to goals has finally seen him switch focus to summer signing Filip Jorgensen, who has been confirmed as the club's new Premier League No. 1.
Defence: James, Adarabioyo, Colwill, Cucurella
There are many options for Maresca here but James should come back in after being left out entirely last weekend. The Chelsea skipper's minutes are being managed carefully following a string of injuries.
Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella are well-positioned to line up as the left-sided centre-back and left-back respectively, with Cucurella stepping into midfield. That would pave the way for Tosin Adarabioyo to be the central figure in a back-three when Chelsea have the ball.
Defensive midfield: Caicedo, Fernandez
Chelsea's deep-lying partnership should be beefed up after their last trip to the Amex, where Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall started alongside Moises Caicedo. World Cup winner Enzo Fernandez is in line to replace Dewsbury-Hall and sit alongside Caicedo, with Romeo Lavia still out injured.
Attacking midfield: Madueke, Palmer, Sancho
Jadon Sancho, Noni Madueke and Pedro Neto are the three senior wingers battling it out for minutes, with Mykhaylo Mudryk provisionally suspended.
Madueke has been by far the most productive of the three this season so he gets the nod on the right, with Sancho on the left ahead of Neto, whose pace off the bench will be a major threat on either flank. Cole Palmer's selection in the No. 10 role needs no explanation.
Striker: Nkunku
Maresca is down to the bare bones up front with Nicolas Jackson, Marc Guiu and David Datro Fofana all injured. The boss has no sensible choice other than putting Christopher Nkunku through the middle.
Nkunku has only scored two Premier League goals this season but he boasts 11 others in cup competitions. And Jackson missing the next six weeks will give the Frenchman a big opportunity to stake his claim.
