It will be a battle of the underachieving clubs as Tottenham Hotspur welcome Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
United and Spurs lie 13th and 14th in the table with one point separating them ahead of their meeting at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Lilywhites ended their poor run in the league with a 2-0 win at Brentford but since then have exited both the Carabao Cup and FA Cup at the hands of Aston Villa and Liverpool respectively.
Ange Postecoglou was expecting to have some players finally returning to training this week from injury to bolster his beleaguered side ahead of the game against Ruben Amorim's side and the Australian will take any boost he can get to his threadbare squad after a rare midweek without a match.
We asked our Spurs correspondents Alasdair Gold and Rob Guest to name the team they would select to face Manchester United on Sunday and here's what they came up with.
Alasdair Gold - Tottenham Hotspur correspondent
Tottenham and Postecoglou need a boost and it looks time for goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario to return between the sticks and bring his leadership to the backline.
With Ben Davies partnering Kevin Danso in central defence, I would lose to see Archie Gray finally play in his favoured midfield role and he's more than earned the chance to remain in the team with his displays during this difficult period, but also I think he could benefit from a rest after playing every game.
Postecoglou told football.london that James Maddison could potentially start and I wonder if his ability to create could be something the Spurs boss turns to at home for such a big game.
I'd be tempted to put Lucas Bergvall in there as well for a bit more forward momentum, but I wonder if the difference Yves Bissouma made on Sunday when he came on will be fresh in Postecoglou's mind. He could also take into account that Pape Matar Sarr has performed well against United in the past.
Mathys Tel started on the wing at Villa Park but looked better through the middle and I'd be tempted to keep the young Frenchman in the central attacking role to allow a slightly fresher Son Heung-min, after a few days off and no midweek fixture, to get at United down the left wing.
Gold's team: Vicario; Porro, Danso, Davies, Spence; Bentancur, Bissouma, Maddison; Kulusevski, Tel, Son.

Postecoglou's squad should certainly look stronger this week with players such as Guglielmo Vicario, Destiny Udogie and James Maddison in a position to return. Vicario will come straight back into the Tottenham XI and help give the team some of the leadership skills that have been missing recently.
It would probably be wise to ease Udogie back in, thus meaning Pedro Porro and Djed Spence carry on in the full-back roles for the time being. Also in defence, Ben Davies comes into the side in place of Archie Gray to partner Kevin Danso.
Midfield is a tricky one for Postecoglou as finding the perfect formula in the middle of the pitch has proved to be quite the challenge. Spurs looked better for having Yves Bissouma in midfield in the second half at Aston Villa last week and Pape Matar Sarr could possibly also be in line for a recall.
The midfield alterations will see Dejan Kulusevski start on the right flank as Son Heung-min shifts back to the left to allow Mathys Tel to start through the middle.
Guest's team: Vicario; Porro, Danso, Davies, Spence; Bentancur, Bissouma, Sarr; Kulusevski, Tel, Son.
