How to watch Tottenham vs Man Utd– TV channel, live stream and kick-off time

Tottenham and Man Utd players fight for the ball

Tottenham are taking on Manchester United for the third time this season

With both managers desperate for three points, Tottenham vs Manchester United has the makings of a real nail-biter.

Ange Postecoglou is under mounting pressure to steer Spurs clear of the relegation zone, as a crippling injury crisis continues to wreak havoc on his squad. Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim is facing increasing scrutiny with the Red Devils on track for their worst domestic finish since 1974.

A win for Tottenham would not only see them leapfrog United in the table but also mark just their second run of back-to-back Premier League wins this season - and their first since September. United, on the other hand, will be desperate to avoid yet another setback, with confidence at Old Trafford in dangerously short supply.

Tottenham have beaten United twice already this season, with a 3-0 Premier League win at Old Trafford in September and a 4-3 victory in the Carabao Cup in December. Here, Mirror Football has broken down everything you need to know if you fancy tuning into this crucial clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Postecoglou's squad has been decimated by injuries for months, but there finally seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Guglielmo Vicario, Destiny Udogie, James Maddison, Brennan Johnson and Timo Werner have been pushing to return to fitness this week and are in contention to make Sunday's game.

However, they will still be without Dominic Solanke, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Radu Dragusin, Richarlison and Wilson Odobert, all of whom are still sidelined with injury problems. Meanwhile, January loan signings Mathys Tel, who nearly joined United last month, and Kevin Danso are expected to start.

Man Utd team news

United's injury list is decidedly smaller than Tottenham's, but they're still missing several key players. Luke Shaw recently suffered a small setback in his recovery following a muscle injury he sustained in December, and Amorim insists he won't be rushing the defender back.

"Luke has one small issue in the different area from the last injury, so we try to be careful with Luke," he said ahead of last week's FA Cup win over Leicester. Elsewhere, Lisandro Martinez has been ruled out for the season after picking up a serious knee injury against Crystal Palace earlier this month, while Mason Mount isn't expected back for another few weeks. Jonny Evans is also out.

That said, Amorim claimed it had been "a good week" in terms of recovery at the press conference ahead of the Spurs game. However, he also admitted that there likely wouldn't be any surprise returns on Sunday.
