Man Utd team news and expected return dates ahead of facing Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

Manchester United could be without at least 10 senior players when they travel to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Ruben Amorim will hope to see his side improve from recent displays and he could make a few changes to his side with Alejandro Garnacho and Joshua Zirkzee both in line to start. There is only so much Amorim can change though amid an ongoing injury crisis for United.

Lisandro Martinez has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after he underwent surgery this week, while Luke Shaw and Mason Mount remain sidelined. There was even worse news over the weekend, with Amad Diallo potentially ruled out for the remainder of the season with an ankle injury, while Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte and Toby Collyer have also suffered setbacks.

Here is all the latest injury news and potential return dates ahead of facing Tottenham:

Altay Bayindir - 16 February vs Tottenham (A)

Bayindir missed the FA Cup fourth round victory over Leicester but is expected to be back on the bench for the trip to face Tottenham this weekend.

Tom Heaton - 16 February vs Tottenham (A)

Heaton has missed the last few matches but should be back in contention this weekend. He is unlikely to be named on the bench even if he is fit enough to do so.

Luke Shaw - 22 February vs Everton (A)

Shaw recently returned to training and should be in contention to feature again over the coming weeks. United won't want to rush him back after so many setbacks.

Jonny Evans - 22 February vs Everton (A)

Evans has been sidelined with a calf injury and it is unclear when he will be available for selection again. A return against Everton seems the earliest possibility.

Manuel Ugarte - 22 February vs Everton (A)

Ugarte is another fresh injury blow to United and is expected to miss the trip to face Tottenham in the Premier League at the very least.

Toby Collyer - 22 February vs Everton (A)

Collyer will also be missing when United travel to face Tottenham in the Premier League this weekend. A further update on his situation is expected in the coming days.

Kobbie Mainoo - 9 March vs Arsenal (H)

Mainoo is expected to miss a few weeks of action after he suffered a training injury earlier in the week. He might not return until early next month.

Mason Mount - 9 March vs Arsenal (H)

Mount is expected to return before the end of the season and Amorim is hopeful he could even be back at some stage next month. The home match against Arsenal seems a realistic target.

Amad Diallo - Unknown

Amad suffered ankle ligament damage in training this week and could miss the remainder of the season. He is still being assessed but it is regarded a huge blow.

Lisandro Martinez - Unknown

Martinez has been ruled out for the remainder of the season but the true timescale of his setback is unknown. He could be out anywhere from six months to an entire year.
