All the latest injury news surrounding Chelsea and Liverpool ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash.

This Sunday, the Blues welcome Premier League champions Liverpool and they will be hoping Arne Slot’s men are now on the beach after securing the title last weekend, although that does seem unlikely with as many as four games remaining. Chelsea have a tough run-in, facing Newcastle United, Manchester United and Nottingham Forest after this one, and they have their work cut out to reach the Champions League, but they do have their fate in their own hands, and back-to-back wins point towards a timely uptick in form. Here we round up the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Chelsea and Liverpool.

Conor Bradley - Doubt

Bradley was expected to play over the weekend but missed out. Arne Slot has said: “He got a knock during the week, so we assume he is available for next week. But unfortunately, not for today.”

Joe Gomez - Out

Gomez is out with a hamstring issue and he is looking at the back-end of the season at best. Slot has said: “If his recovery goes well, he would be able to [play] maybe in the last one or two games of the season. He is still not training with us yet, but he is coming closer and closer.”

Wesley Fofana - Out

Fofana will not return this season, with Maresca having said: “Unfortunately, Wes will be out for the rest of the season.”

Omari Kellyman - Out

Kellyman has confirmed he will miss the end of the season, writing on social media: “Beyond gutted to say that this season has come to an early end for me due to a re-injury of my hamstring. 24-25 has been a tough season for me mentally and physically due to injury, but it’s important now that I take time to get this right.”

Marc Guiu - Out

Guiu is still out but could be back at some point in May. Maresca said last week: “Marc is still out. He is doing well, and he is getting closer. Maybe another one or two weeks and then we hope he will be back to help us with the final part of the season.”

Malo Gusto - Doubt

Maresca has issued some good news over Malo Gusto despite initial fears that the injury could be a long-term one. The Chelsea boss said: “Malo is injured, but it does not look like an important injury. He is running and doing things outside, but he won't be available for tomorrow’s game.”

Mykhailo Mudryk - Out (Suspended)

Mudryk remains out due to a suspension over alleged consumption of a banned substance. Maresca has said: “The only thing I can say is that we are close to Mykhailo as a club, and we are trying to help him. In terms of an update, I don't have one.”
