On a dominant night in Stockholm, Chelsea fans worried about Cole Palmer as his goal drought stretched to 18 games across all competitions. Fortunately, there are others in the team stepping up of late.

Noni Madueke
Another standout performer from Chelsea’s dominant win against Djurgarden was Noni Madueke.
The 22-year-old right-winger started and produced a dazzling first-half performance before his substitution at half time, which suggests to us he’ll start against Liverpool this weekend.
He scored his 11th goal of the season across all competitions, firing in a low finish on his favoured left foot. We suspect he may have been disappointed he wasn’t allowed to add to his tally in the second period.
Whenever Madueke is on the pitch, he looks lively, direct and an attacking threat.

Tosin Adarabioyo
Finally, Tosin Adarabioyo, 27, did his reputation no harm with yet another solid display in Chelsea’s backline.
Even though the central defender isn’t in the Blues’ strongest starting line-up this season, he’s so dependable as an option whenever he features.
In the Djurgarden victory, Tosin was the pick of his team’s defenders with a composed and authoritative performance at centre-half. If he was selected to play in the upcoming league clash with Liverpool, we certainly wouldn’t have any objection.
Chelsea fans applauded Tosin Adarabioyo for the way he defended Moises Caicedo after his teammate was fouled. It perfectly encapsulates the type of leader he is in the current squad.
