Estrella Damm celebrates FC Barcelona’s 125th anniversary with limited-edition packaging and consumer competition

FC Barcelona and Estrella Damm share a deep-rooted identity as iconic symbols of Barcelona, both embodying the city’s passion for excellence, Mediterranean lifestyle and local culture.

Building upon the existing 25+ year relationship that sees Estrella Damm remain the main sponsor of FC Barcelona, Estrella Damm is launching special commemorative packaging in the UK, supported by an engaging digital campaign, to mark FC Barcelona’s significant milestone.

The limited-edition anniversary packaging will be available to retailers from April and will be stocked in all major UK supermarkets, as well as wholesale and convenience channels. The celebratory designs will feature on Estrella Damm products including the 12x330ml Bole packs, 4x330ml Bole packs and 4x440ml Can packs.

To further mark the occasion and drive consumer engagement, Estrella Damm is launching a nationwide competition. This will be featured on the 12x330ml bole case and 4x440ml can packs, and will also be accessible to consumers purchasing Estrella Damm in select venues in the on-trade.

Participating consumers can enter by scanning a QR code found on the promotional packaging or on coasters available with their drink in participating pubs and bars. Upon scanning, they will be prompted to upload a photograph of their purchase receipt as proof. This will enter them into a draw to win a range of fantastic prizes, including the grand prize of a trip to Barcelona for the winner and three guests, complete with flights, accommodation, and tickets to an FC Barcelona match.
