It's a given that referees are human beings and that there are going to be at least some officiating errors in every game.
What would be "normal", especially at playoff time, is that hopefully, the number of referee mistakes will not be excessive, they will break out between the teams approximately evenly, and obvious bad decisions will be avoided.
Based on this criteria, Monaco got the short end of the stick in their Game 3 playoff loss to Barcelona, 100-89 (series: 2-1 for Monaco).
