All the latest injury news surrounding Arsenal and PSG as the two sides prepare for their Champions League semi-final second leg.

Arsenal are now looking ahead to their Champions League semi-final second leg with PSG, requiring a comeback in Paris to advance to the Munich final. The Gunners lost their home leg after Ousmane Dembélé scored what turned out to be a first-half winner.

Mikel Arteta’s men face a tough test to come from behind in the second leg, but they have already shown they can win away from home in a second leg after taking care of business against Real Madrid in the last round. As Arsenal drum up their plan, we have rounded up all the early injury news surrounding both clubs.

Presnal Kimpembe - Out

PSG have suffered a fresh blow, with Kimpembe ruled out. A PSG club update read: “Having suffered swelling in the second metatarsal bone in his right foot, Presnel Kimpembe will continue to rest over the next few weeks.”

Ousmane Dembélé - Doubt

First leg match-winner Dembélé is a serious doubt after picking up a hamstring injury during the game. A club update read: “Ousmane Dembélé strained the hamstring in his right thigh in midweek, but his situation is improving. A further update will be provided in due course.”

Jorginho - Out

Jorginho is set to miss the rest of the season, meaning his playing days as an Arsenal player could be over. Arteta has said: “Jorginho is still out. Jorginho’s got a bit more complicated than expected. Thankfully, he's fine, he's feeling good, he's recovering well, but yeah, it was a bit more than what we wanted. I think I'll leave it to the doctor if he wants to clarify or judge that.” Asked if the injury is season-ending, Arteta added: “I think so, yeah. Hopefully, if everything goes well in the next week or so, I think he will gradually integrate in the team, yeah. “

Gabriel Jesus - Out

Jesus is out for the season with a ruptured ACL, and he is not likely to return until late in 2025. A statement confirmed at the time: “Further to being substituted during our match with Man United, Gabriel Jesus has received extensive assessments, which have confirmed that he has sustained an injury to the ACL in his left knee.”

Takehiro Tomiyasu - Out

Tomiyasu is out for the season having had further surgery on his knee. A statement confirmed at the time: “Despite an initial procedure, followed by a RTT, Tomi continued to have issues with his knee, resulting in a further corrective surgical procedure. He will now begin his rehab programme, which is expected to be completed towards the end of this year.”

Kai Havertz - Out

Havertz could return this season, but this one will likely come too soon. Arteta said before the Bournemouth game when asked if the German can return this season: “I think so. I think if everything goes the way it's going at the moment and the way it's planned, I think he will have a chance to play a few games here in the season.”

Gabriel Magalhaes - Out

Gabriel is out for the season. A statement confirmed at the time: “Gabi will undergo a surgical repair procedure to his hamstring in the coming days and immediately begin his recovery and rehabilitation programme, with the aim to be ready for the start of next season.”

Riccardo Calafiori - Doubt

Arteta did not provide a longer term update on Calafiori, but he ruled him out for the Bournemouth, saying: “Yeah, Calafiori is out.” Given the quick turnaround, it seems unlikely the Italian will return for this one, but he will remain a doubt for now.
