They are ready to rival Aston Villa and Chelsea in the pursuit of his signature. With the Belgian international set to leave Manchester City, multiple top clubs are considering having him in their squad for next season.
While things did not work out for De Bruyne at Chelsea back in the day, he got his career back on track with a move to Wolfsburg and has not looked back since. He made a return to the Premier League by joining Manchester City in the summer of 2015 and has gone on to establish himself as one of their most important players under Pep Guardiola.
The 33-year-old has played a massive part in their dominance in England and their triumph in the UEFA Champions League. De Bruyne will certainly go down as one of the best players to have ever played for Manchester City.
