The two sides settled for a 3-3 draw at Estádio Olímpico Lluis Companys last Wednesday, with Inter storming out to a 2-0 lead before Barcelona drew level by halftime.
The Italians went ahead once again in the 64th minute through Denzel Dumfries' second tally of the game, but the hosts wasted no time finding an equalizer thanks to a wonderful strike by Raphinha just a minute later.
Barca maintained their four-point lead at the top of La Liga with a 2-1 win over Valladolid on Saturday, despite heavy squad rotation as they rested key players for the second leg against Inter.
Inter, meanwhile, beat Hellas Verona 1-0 thanks to an early penalty conversion by Kristjan Asllani to keep their Serie A title hopes alive. The Nerazzurri sit in second place in the league table, three behind leaders Napoli.
