However, it has now been given a new kick-off after Spurs saw their upcoming game with Aston Villa moved to the same day.

Ange Postecoglou's men were eager to switch their Sunday May 18 clash to a new date, with the Europa League final on Wednesday May 21.

Tottenham are virtually there after securing a 3-1 win over Bodo/Glimt in the first leg of their semi-final.

Spurs look destined to play United, who are 3-0 up against Bilbao.
